Welcome to Visionpay . By accessing or using our parking permit services at KC Live! Garage, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 Parking Permit Use

• Permits are valid only for the date and time selected during purchase.
• Overnight passes expire the following day at the posted time.
• Hotel daily passes expire at the posted time on the day of checkout.
• Overstay fees will apply if vehicles remain beyond the permitted time.
• Maximum vehicle height: 8'2". Vehicles exceeding this limit will be liable for damage.

Event Parking

• Event parking is subject to availability and may be restricted during high-demand periods.
• Pre-booking is recommended to guarantee access.
• Visionpay reserves the right to modify or cancel parking availability due to operational needs or public safety concerns.

Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway.
• Refunds are not issued for unused time or missed reservations unless due to system error or verified service disruption.
• Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Privacy Policy

Visionpay is committed to protecting your privacy. When you use our services, we may collect:

• Personal details (e.g., name, email, vehicle info)
• Payment and transaction data
• Usage analytics and location data (if enabled)

We use this information to:

• Process your parking permit
• Communicate with you about your reservation

Liability & Conduct

• Visionpay is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of property while parked.
• Users must comply with posted signage and garage rules.
• Misuse of permits or fraudulent activity may result in termination of access and legal action.
